What should I do if my address is incorrect?
Please review your address and size/color selections carefully before ordering. Once the items are sent into production, I cannot fix an incorrect address/reroute your package/refund or replace your order.
My package hasn't moved out of pre-transit status for days!
If it has been 7 days or more, please contact me, as this is considered a lost package by our shipping service. I will replace your order ASAP!
I'm missing an item in my order - help!
Never fear! Sometimes orders with multiple items ship in separate packages - please double check your confirmation email to see if more than one package is headed your way! If you are still missing items, please be sure to contact me via message ASAP!
My order was marked delivered but it isn't here - what should I do?
Please review your address to make sure it was correct, and check with your neighbors! The next best step is to contact USPS directly - they will be able to help you much quicker and also be able to send you GPS coordinates of your package!
*Please remember that shipping services like USPS, DHL, etc are separate from our shop, and we have no way to influence the progress/delivery of your package.
