Can I cancel or change my order?

Because we try to keep a fast turnaround time, items are sent to production usually within a few hours. However, if the item has not been sent to production yet we may still be able to help! I recommend contacting us via message within 2 hours of placing your order.

Can I return my order?

Once the item is sent into production, I am unable to cancel/refund your order. Our items are made especially for you, and we do not keep stock on hand. However, if your item is incorrect or defective, please reach out to me within 14 days so we can arrange for a replacement! (see below)

My item is damaged or incorrect - what should I do?

Please contact me via message with pictures of the item ASAP so I can help! Please do not return your item without contacting me first!
